Lumi Vibe Studio โ€“ Return & Refund Policy

At Lumi Vibe Studio, we want you to love your ambient lighting setup. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging, including all cords, remotes, and instruction manuals.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Since lighting and electronics can sometimes be fragile during transit, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us at support@lumivibestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your Order Number and clear photos or videos of the damage. We will gladly send you a brand-new replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@lumivibestudio.com.

  • Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label.

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs or issue a free replacement.

  • For change-of-mind returns (e.g., color preference, no longer needed), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
