We proudly offer Standard Shipping across the United States. To maintain transparency, here are our current delivery estimates:

  • Shipping Cost: $1.99 Standard Shipping (or Free Shipping during promotional periods).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days to arrive at your destination after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally fluctuate due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand holiday seasons.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 48 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly through our store's tracking page or via standard carrier tracking portals.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lumi Vibe Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us within 48 hours so we can assist you in locating it.
